We have many organized activities for all ages including Theme Weekends, Fishing Derbies, Pot Luck Suppers, Pig Roasts, Dances, Wagonrides, and Bonfires, to name a few.
You will most likely spend many hours playing in our beautiful heated swimming pool or relaxing in our heated jacuzzi or hot tubs. The kids will enjoy the large playground containing sandbox to Pirate ship.
We've got a large log activity building suitable for meetings, parties, and good old-fashioned dances! Entertain yourself with arcade games, pool table, ping-pong, juke box and good ole board games.
 If you like, we feature horseshoe tournaments, family games, tye-dye, fishing contests and more.
If exploring is your family's choice, you will find mountains to climb, the seashore to explore, Sebago Lake for boating and fishing, many good Shopping stops, and within walking distance, a local playhouse offering good theater productions! Nearby is Seacoast Fun Park, Maine Wildlife Park, Songo River Queen to name a few.
